Review of Plan A Happy Life book by Stephanie Fleming

Stephanie Fleming is the Co-Founder of Me & My Big Ideas, parent company of the The Happy Planner. While I thought the name of the book sounded too good to be true, I found Stephanie’s book Plan a Happy Life to be much more than just feel-good fluff (and you know how much I hate fluff!).

Throughout the book she walks readers through practical principles to finding your own happiness, whatever that may mean. The exercises in the chapters help you take a hard look at your life so that you can figure out what you really want. Once you know, the book helps you to plan and achieve your goals (with or without a Happy Planner).

What I really loved about the book is that it wasn’t just full of cliché girl power mantras. Stephanie talks to readers in the no-fluff way that I like. No BS, just helpful information.

She also has a free class on YouTube that goes along with the book, so that’s awesome. I’m going to post them below for you folks so you don’t have to go searching!
